A key aspect of creating a successful team that gets things done and is both efficient and brilliant is nurturing healthy relationships between its members and leaders. The internet is filled with hundreds of thousands of articles and ideas about team building. Most of them are usually competitive games or some other adrenaline-inducing activity. While they’re also great team-building activities, sometimes the key to creating a more efficient and happy team is letting its members relax and building fun memories with them. Virtual paint night events do exactly that!

How to Host A Virtual Paint Night?

Hosting a virtual paint night is easy. Depending on your budget and other logistical issues, you can organize one yourself or hire someone to do it for you. Every member of the team will receive a paint kit and instructions. The members will connect over Zoom or any other video-conference app and be asked to draw/paint something. It’s a fun activity to engage with each other and create connections.

Here’s a list of fun virtual paint night events your team will absolutely love.
